SVC Chaos FAQ

Due to the amazingly strong interest from customers concerning the home release of SVC Chaos we are conducting a preliminary preorder survey via email to better determine the extent of the demand. The intentions of this survey are to prevent under stocking of this title come release time.

To participate in this preliminary preorder simply submit an email with the subject "SVC Chaos AES preorder" and let us know if you plan to purchase an English and/or Japanese SVC Chaos home cartridge along with quantity. When official preorders open, all preliminary preorder customers will be notified by email.

When will the SVC Chaos home cartridges be released?
December 11th, 2003 is currently the official release date. Once in stock, we will ship all SVC Chaos orders same day of shipment arrival.

What is the expected retail price?
The retail price is expected to remain at the usual $325.

How many preorders must you accumulate before you place the order with SNK PLAYMORE?
Since release is not until December 11th, preliminary preorder emails will continue to be accepted until official preorders open. Your participation and support is greatly appreciated.

When will official preorders open? I'm ready!
Official preorders will open soon, perhaps during this survey or shortly after. Thanks for your strong interest and support.

Is this an official SNK Playmore production?
Absolutely. No hidden parties are involved concerning this production. All artwork, printing, and assembly will be completed by SNK Playmore in Osaka, Japan.

What about freebies?
SVC Chaos posters and flyers are expected. Pens, magnets, etc. are possible, but not confirmed at this time.

What about the case, will it be snap lock (new-style) or old style?
Snap lock cases are expected.

Will there be a gold warning label on the cartridge?
It appears that the most recent releases lack this gold warning label. The rest of the material is what you would expect from SNK Playmore, nothing is expected to be substandard, or radically changed. However, the application of the gold warning label will be requested.
