DOMESTIC ORDER INFO (for USA orders)

Online shopping cart system:
For fastest service, it is highly recommended that you use the automated secure shopping cart system that has been setup for your convenience. You must have either a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account to place an order through the online shopping cart system. Our secure checkout is protected by 128-bit encryption by VeriSign.

When using a credit or debit card:
To prevent a delay or cancellation of your order, please enter the correct billing address. We would prefer to ship all orders to the customer's billing address, & these orders are generally processed without delay. However, if you would like your order shipped to a different address, you will need to provide us with your credit card company's phone # so that we can call and verify your requested "ship to" address. This phone # should be on the back of the card that you use.

Paypal orders:
To prevent any delay, it is best to have your account verified & with a confirmed shipping address. We will only ship to the address on file with your PayPal account. If ordering with an eCheck, we will only ship once the eCheck clears.

Ordering through email communication (outside the shopping cart system):
If you choose not to use the online shopping cart system, you may order through email. Provide a list of the items (with item #) that you are interested in purchasing along with your complete shipping address & your phone #. An invoice including a shipping total will be returned to you in a timely manner.

Idea of shipping costs:
Shipping for one cart is typically $9 if within the continental USA. Shipping for one CD is typically $5 if within the continental USA. Insurance is available upon request (additional fee). Delivery confirmation comes standard on all U.S. orders.

EMS delivery is typically for $23 (one home cartridge). This includes up to $100 of base insurance, a tracking #, priority service from the Neo Store, and normally arrives next day to major cities.

Once payment is received, your order will normally be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
