When I click the "add item" button it always shows "no item(s)" in my shopping cart. What's the problem?
Your web browser may not be set to accept cookies. Run the cookie test to evaluate your browser's current server cookie setting. If the cookie test says your settings are set to off, you will need to turn on the option for your browser to accept server cookies.

I see an item listed on your store than I want.  Is it in stock?
If a listing is labeled as a preorder, this would be for coming soon merchandise that has yet to arrive.  Otherwise, all items listed on NeoStore.com are in stock and available for immediate shipping.

When placing a preorder through the NeoStore, will my credit card be charged now, or when the item ships?
In order to be guaranteed a copy upon release, you must pre-purchase. Your credit card will be charged at the time of the pre-purchase. Please understand the NeoStore's unique position with handling preorders of new releases from a distribution standpoint. We pay in advance for large quantities and customer prepayments are essential for "partially" recouping these production costs. Otherwise such ventures would not be viable.

Will an English home cartridge play on my Japanese AES system, or vice versa? Also, will an English or Japanese home cartridge play on a Euro (PAL) AES system?
All home cartridges are compatible with all home cartridge systems. Even KoF ’01 AES which says “NTSC only” plays flawlessly on non-NTSC systems.

What language will display with an English AES system if I use a Japanese home cartridge, or vise versa.
The version of your system will determine what language your game will play in. A Japanese version home cart system will play either English or Japanese games, but the games will play in Japanese by default. An English version home cart system will play either English or Japanese games, but the games will play in English by default.

Most games allow you to select the language of your choice in the options menu. Keep in mind that some Japanese games are in Japanese only, regardless of the system you play on. For instance the Mahjong’s and Quiz games.

Japanese consoles (NTSC SYSTEM) will play games completely uncensored, blood and all. However, the English version console (PAL SYSTEM) will censor certain games, like Last Blade, Samurai Shodown, & Metal Slug.

Why won’t the cartridge I purchased fit into my coin-op machine?
You most likely purchased a home cartridge which is designed for the home cartridge system only. Your MVS coin-op machine will only accept MVS cartridges. These can be found in our MVS coin-op section.

Does this game come with the manual, case, or insert?
All software, be it cartridge or CD, come complete with all original packaging unless stated otherwise. If a manual, box, or insert is missing, this would certainly be mentioned in the item’s descrption.
