Online shopping cart system:
For fastest service, it is highly recommended that you use the automated secure
shopping cart system that has been setup for your convenience.
You must have either a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account to place an
order through the online shopping cart system. Our secure checkout is protected
by 128-bit encryption by VeriSign.

This is the best payment method for international orders & eliminates the delay
required for verifying new overseas credit card orders. Your account should have
a verified status with PayPal. Understand that we will only ship to the address
on file with your PayPal account.
When using an overseas credit or debit card:
To prevent a delay or cancellation of your order, you must enter the correct
billing address that is on file with the credit card that you use. If possible,
it is best to use an American Express card when ordering from overseas. In most
cases, this card will pass our system's AVS check (Address Verification System).
If you are ordering from Great Britain & Northern Ireland, your card should pass the AVS check without problem, as long as you entered the correct billing address. In this case, no delay should be expected.
Most other countries will not pass the AVS check. This is mainly because your credit card company is not on record with merchant services within the western world yet. In such an event, you will promoted to provide us with proof of credit card ownership. This is accomplished by faxing or emailing scans of the front and back of your credit card along with your matching identification card. A scanner or a digital camera is required for this process. Once you have successfully completed this required process, you can use the same credit card for future orders without delay.
Ordering through email communication
(outside the shopping cart system):
If you choose not to use the shopping cart
system, you may order through
email.
Provide a list of the items (with item #) that you are interested in
purchasing along with your complete shipping address & your phone # (required
for EMS shipping form). An invoice including a shipping total will be returned
in a timely manner.
EMS delivery is highly recommended. EMS (Express Mail
Service) comes standard with up to $100 worth
of insurance and a tracking #. Additional insurance is available upon
request. Shipping price for one home cartridge to most countries is $35, two
carts $45, and so on. You can also request FedEx Economy or FedEx International
Priority shipping services.
Once payment is received, your order will normally be processed and shipped
within 24 hours.
