Near mint- cartridge with clear sealed label (lamination). New English version art pack and new English version cabinet sticker. Includes preproduction Japanese version art pack.

The title label has a clear seal (lamination): The previous owner used a magic transparent tape along with a hair dryer to create a permanent protective seal similar to what SNK's holographic labels have.
