Factory sealed and in remarkably well maintained condition as box has sharp corners and the plastic sealing is crisp and unscathed.  The seal is crinkled on the bottom, likely due to the heat sealing process at the factory.  This deck was the last of Cardhaus Games Alpha starter decks.  Eric Price of Cardhouse Games stands behind this very starter deck by stating, "I can assure you that this starter was not tampered with in any way. This was purchased directly from the father of the original president of Wizards of the Coast, Gary Adkinson."

The supply of sealed magic will inevitably & permanently decrease with time and consequently, the supply of graded magic cards will increase with time as the remaining decks are opened to obtain pristine Alpha cards for grading.
