RETURN POLICY

WARRANTY AND RMA POLICY FOR Solid State Disks:
SSD sales are final, unless previously explicitly arranged.  Returns are accepted for RMA exchange or repair only (this is an industry standard for all Mtron and MemoRight distribtors).  Mtron PRO series and MemoRight SSDs have a 5 year warranty.  Mtron MOBI SSDs have a 3 year warranty.

Returns all other products fall into four main categories with special policies and procedures for each.

  1. I ordered the wrong product - Please e-mail cs@neostore.com explaining the situation and if you would like the product replaced with the proper product or a refund.  You will be e-mailed back instructions for returning the product.  Returns under this category will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  Return freight and liability will be the responsibility of the customer.
  2. I ordered and received the correct product, but changed my mind - If we have completed our job flawlessly on our end, but you change your mind due to customs fees, didn't like game, or any other personal reason, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee for returns under this category. Understand that we cannot be responsible for customs fees charged by foreign governments, but we always try to help our customers out by declaring low values for overseas orders. Return freight and liability will be the responsibility of the customer.
  3. The product was damaged in shipping - All orders are shipped well packaged and although such an incident is extremely rare, please e-mail cs@neostore.com explaining the situation.  Also, please retain shipping materials.  We will quickly replace the damaged product and provide instructions for returning the damaged product and shipping materials.
  4. The wrong product was received - We are careful to check and recheck every shipment.  If you ever receive the wrong product please e-mail cs@neostore.com explaining the situation and we will quickly replace the product correctly and credit back the freight cost of your original shipment.

All NeoStore.com customers shall have the responsibility to ensure that each and every product they purchase from NeoStore.com is suitable and appropriate for their intended purpose. NeoStore.com shall be held harmless for any malfunction or incompatibility which results from improper installation or use.

NeoStore.com does not provide shipping and handling on returned or exchanged merchandise. Shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer and shall not be the responsibility of NeoStore.com.

The NeoStore commits to hold all customer information securely and privately.  We do not sell or share our customer information with anyone.  All transactions are considered confidential in nature.
