This bios kit is intended for use with the AES (home cartridge system).

Each Debug Bios chip is brand new & comes pre-inserted on a foam pad with 15K Resistor included, both sealed in anti-static bag. Additionally, comes with printed instructions, all sealed inside yet another plastic bag.

This chip will give you increased control of your neo-geo system & games. Comparable to a "Gameshark".
