A true factory complete kit, includes everything shown in stock photo + original blue bubble wrap + original large marquee.

Matching serials, # 03675. Excellent+ box, excellent+ cartridge, like new English & Spanish art packs, & new/unused English & Spanish cabinet sticker sets (4 total). Includes near mint- English large marquee. English mini marquee was professionally sealed in hard plastic to replicate the protection/texture of the earlier marquees. FYI, the KoF 2002 mini marquees were just a sheet of paper without the hard plastic seal.
