Near mint insert because of micro tear at bottom back of insert, near mint cartridge, excellent manual, & near mint- snap case. This is the fixed version, denoted by the small NeoGeo sticker on top right of cartridge. This cartridge was sent back to SNKP shortly after release for reprogramming.
