Near mint- insert because of heat damage on bottom left of front (looks like a section of water damage without staining), like new manual, new cartridge (no insertion marks), & good snap case because of heat damage to clear sleeve at spine (like new condition everywhere else). Heat damage was mitigated by a clear protector case (not shown, disposed of). View high resolution photos.

Provenance: This copy was originally acquired through a collection purchase on November 10th, 2022. The prior owner lived in California and has since moved overseas. He deliberately burned his most prized neo games, "I tossed them into a box and lit them on fire." A childhood friend of mine also chose a difficult solution to appease his family when he agreed to quit playing a collectible card game by burning his entire magic the gathering card collection back in the 1990s, since his family considered the game demonic. This situation is similar for this tragedy.
