This is an unofficial MVS to AES conversion produced by KPJ (Neotropolis) that "contains 100% Official/Authentic SNK hardware (chips, PCBs, etc); only genuine parts. Inside the cartridge shell, the boards contain original SNK mask ROMs (game code #: 200). Most others use EPROMs (writeable chips) which are the equivalent of CD-Rs."
