→ The classic edition art pack was parted out (sold separately), all else remains. No blue striped artwork included.

Appears to be a new, unplayed copy (no insertion marks). The important components survived a fire unscatched, only the clear sleeve's spine of the snap case has signs of heat damage (insert show no sign of damage). Heat damage was mitigated by the protector case, as shown in final photo. Original $444 money order receipt included. View high resolution photos.

The classic edition art packs (insert + cartridge sticker) were produced by SNK and limited to 100 each.

Provenance: This copy was originally acquired through a collection purchase on November 10th, 2022. The prior owner lived in California and has since moved overseas. He deliberately burned his most prized neo games, "I tossed them into a box and lit them on fire." A childhood friend of mine also chose a difficult solution to appease his family when he agreed to quit playing a collectible card game by burning his entire magic the gathering card collection back in the 1990s, since his family considered the game demonic. This situation is similar for this tragedy.
